These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all purchases of products offered on the website www.barletsœurs.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), operated by SAS Anne-Sophie Barlet, whose registered office is located at 150 Route du Plâtre, 71800 Saint-Symphorien-des-Bois, France.
The T&Cs set out the rights and obligations of the customer (hereinafter the “Customer”) and Barlet Sœurs' for any purchase of handcrafted products (hereinafter the “Items”) via the Site.
Acceptance of the T&Cs is mandatory to validate any order.

Barlet Sœurs' reserves the right to close a customer account and to refuse any sale in the following cases:

• Non-payment of one or more previous orders;

• Failure to comply with the obligations set out in the T&Cs.

The Customer may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting contact@barletsœurs.com.

The products displayed on the Site are offered for sale while they are available.
The photos are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual products.
Production and delivery times are specified on the product page.

The prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of all taxes (VAT) applicable on the day of the order.
Delivery charges are not included. Barlet Sœurs reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the applicable prices being those in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

To place an order, the Customer must:

1. Create an account or log in;

2. Select the desired products;

3. Choose the delivery method;

4. Confirm and pay for the order.

Confirming the order implies full acceptance of the T&Cs.

Barlet Sœurs' uses La Poste / Colissimo and Kuehne + Nagel for its shipments.

Additional charges: Any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the Customer and may be requested upon delivery.

The Customer must check the condition of the package upon delivery and report any issues to the carrier and Barlet Sœurs' within 24 hours.

Payment is made via CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal.
All transactions are secured using SSL encryption. Payment information is never stored on Barlet Sœurs’ server but is processed by the payment provider.

8.1 Customers in France and the EU
The Customer has a period of 14 calendar days after receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Returns must be sent to the address provided by Barlet Sœurs, in their original condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise stated.

8.2 Customers outside the EU (US, UK, Canada, etc.)
The right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns are only accepted:

• In case of product damage during transport;

• Or if the product is clearly non-compliant with the order.

The Customer must contact Barlet Sœurs within 7 days of receipt, including photos of the package and the product. The seller may offer a refund or replacement depending on the case. No return is accepted without prior agreement.

8.3 Exceptions
Customized or made-to-measure products (unique items, engravings, specific enameling) cannot be returned or exchanged.

The Items are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-13 of the French Consumer Code) and by the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code).

In case of a defective product, the Customer may contact Barlet Sœurs' to have the issue assessed. If applicable, the product may be returned with reimbursement of return costs or replaced.

Barlet Sœurs' has an obligation of best efforts, particularly regarding access to the Site, order processing, and shipping. Liability shall not be incurred in the event of:

• Internet network failure;

• Viruses or external intrusions;

• Force majeure.

All content on the Site (images, texts, logos, photos) is protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction is prohibited without written permission.

The computerized records of Barlet Sœurs' studio are considered as evidence of transactions, communications, and orders.

The T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
